Project Descriptions

BRC Construction Group LLC has completed many different construction jobs for a wide range of clients in Gretna, Louisiana and the Surrounding Areas. Listed below are some of the biggest projects our team has accomplished.

Hospital Improvements

Through leadership from the firm's president and CEO, construction management and compliance administration services were provided as a subcontractor for the New Orleans East Hospital (NOEH) with the Orleans Parish Hospital Service District (HSD). Scope of work included project management, staff augmentation, and compliance management for DBE, Section 3, and Davis-Bacon.

Along with The Lemoine Company, we were selected to provide construction management services for building and redeveloping an acute inpatient hospital featuring a full complement of an inpatient ward, outpatient ward, urgent care, primary care, and central utility plant. The plan involved construction and renovation in two phases: new Patient Care Pavilion and renovated East Tower. This project was completed in 2014 with a value of $1.4 million.

Blueprints and Hardhat

ARFF Facility

We provided construction and project management to support the New Orleans Aviation Board - Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in constructing their Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) facility. This project entailed all site work and utility infrastructure. The total amount of concrete was more than 5,000 cubic yards with a 19,000-square-foot foundation. Overall, the end results addressed at least 112,000 square feet of flatwork. Estimated value was $2 million.

Educational Sector

BRC Construction Group LLC served as a subcontractor for Broadmoor, LLC on the construction of a new facility—George Washington Carver. It is located in the Gentilly area of New Orleans.
